Course introduction
Start with the knowledge that care depends on.
The Care Certificate is comprehensive foundational training covering all 16 Skills for Care standards for safe and effective care delivery.
It is designed for people who are beginning work in care, preparing for a care role, or building knowledge and confidence in their current health and social care work. The programme brings together essential knowledge, reflection and competency-focused development so learners can understand what good care looks like and prepare to apply it.
Delivered fully online across eight weeks, the programme gives you a clear, supported route into the core expectations of care practice, with one online learning session per week and support from a competent assessor/trainer.
