People first
A learning environment where people can participate and progress.
Safeguarding, equality, inclusion and learner welfare are part of responsible education and safe care practice.
Our commitment
Clear expectations, respectful routes and early support.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility.
ATC expects learners, staff and partners to take concerns seriously, share information through the right route and act promptly when someone may be at risk. Immediate danger should always be reported to the emergency services.
Inclusion supports better learning.
People learn best when expectations are clear, communication is respectful and barriers are considered early. ATC can discuss reasonable adjustments, accessibility, learner welfare and special consideration through the routes that apply.
Find the public policy route.
The public Policies & Legal hub includes the Safeguarding, Prevent, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Learner Welfare and Accessibility Statement documents. Detailed internal quality records and confidential learner records remain in ATC’s internal systems.

Find the right route quickly.
Use the public policy that matches your question. For a concern, support need, assessment question or quality matter, contact the Centre Manager/IQA through the confirmed ATC route: info@achieverstrainingcollege.co.uk.
Need to raise a concern?
Contact ATC or use the relevant public policy route. Please do not wait if someone may be in immediate danger.
