Purpose and scope

Purpose

Set clear, fair conditions for using the public ATC website and distinguish website information from an enrolment contract.

Scope

All visitors, applicants and organisations using, submitting information to or linking from the public website.

Responsibilities

ATC

Keep published information reasonably accurate, identify material changes where practical and operate the website lawfully.

Visitors

Use the website lawfully, submit truthful information and respect ATC content, systems and other users.

Third-party providers

Remain responsible for their own content, services, terms and privacy information when the website links to them.

How the policy works

  1. Use the contact route for corrections, accessibility issues, suspected misuse or questions about a course page.

  2. ATC will assess reports, correct material errors where appropriate and record service or security actions.

  3. Use the separate Learner Terms & Conditions and Fees Policy for enrolment, payment, cancellation and learner disputes.

About ATC and these terms

The website is operated by Achievers Training College Ltd (ATC), a specialist health and social care training provider. These terms apply to the public website only. Highfield is the awarding organisation for applicable regulated programmes and Highfield Vault is a third-party platform used only where applicable. Company line: Achievers Training College Ltd (ATC) · Highfield Approved Centre No. 14591. Registered office: 3 Boardman House, 64 Broadway, Stratford, London E15 1NT.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully, respectfully and for genuine information, enquiry or application purposes. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content in a way that harms the service, impersonate another person, submit misleading information or interfere with another visitor’s use.

Course information and pricing

Course descriptions, delivery options, entry requirements, dates, places and prices are provided for general information and may change. The Care Certificate is identified as 16 standards; it should not be described as a regulated qualification unless the specific programme and outcome are confirmed. A published price is not a binding offer until ATC confirms availability and the applicable enrolment or booking terms. ATC should confirm exact fees, VAT treatment, payment deadlines and any deposit rules on the relevant course or invoice before publication.

Applications and payments

Information submitted through an enquiry or application should be accurate and kept up to date. ATC may ask for further information to confirm suitability, eligibility, identity, reasonable adjustments or employer arrangements. This website is enquiry-based and currently has no online checkout, automated booking form or payment processing. Any future payment route must be confirmed in writing before use. A learner’s contract and cancellation rights are set out separately in the Learner Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The ATC name, logo, original text, designs, course materials and website content belong to ATC or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Do not reproduce, adapt, share, sell, upload or commercially exploit content without written permission. Materials supplied by an awarding organisation or third-party platform remain subject to the rights and terms confirmed for that service.

The website may link to external websites, including awarding, learning and support providers whose names must be confirmed before publication. External links are provided for convenience; ATC does not control or guarantee their content, availability, security or privacy practices. We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security or reasons outside our control.

Liability and changes

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the extent permitted by law, ATC is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party content or reliance on information that has changed. We may update the website and these terms; the latest version will be published here.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from website use are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law. Contact info@achieverstrainingcollege.co.uk with questions.
